25+ years building software across the full stack — and a decade leading global engineering organizations. I build systems — technical and organizational — that hold up under pressure.
About
I'm an engineering leader who builds systems — technical and organizational — that hold up under pressure. For the past 11 years at Red Hat, I've led teams through platform shifts, acquisitions, reorgs, and the kind of ambiguity that makes most roadmaps useless.
Right now, I lead the Core Platform team for Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI), where we own the foundational infrastructure layer — the operator, observability, multi-arch and multi-cloud support, GPU scheduling, and end-to-end testing. I'm also investing heavily in AI-first engineering practices, both for my team and as a personal practitioner.
Before management, I spent 17 years as a software engineer — full-stack, from network engineering to database architecture to cloud platform integrations. That technical foundation shapes how I lead: I ask better questions because I understand the systems underneath the answers.
Leading 3 Engineering Managers and 31 DevOps associates globally across RHOAI Core Platform — NA, EMEA, and APAC.
Delivered SCA, Automatic Registration, and Cloud Access integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Currently driving RHOAI 3.5 upgrade automation.
Published in LeadDev, podcast guest on Compiler and Legacy Code Rocks, Red Hat Summit speaker, ELA 2023 alumna.
Known for zooming out, finding the real constraint, and making the call — technically and organizationally.
