I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at Red Hat leading a global DevOps organization of 31 engineers across subscription management, cloud integrations, and content access. I've grown from individual contributor to manager of managers over an 11-year tenure.

I bring both deep technical authority and proven people leadership — delivering flagship projects like Simple Content Access (SCA) and Automatic Registration, brokering cloud integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and scaling teams through organizational change.

I'm also a published author on engineering leadership and a podcast guest — because I believe in sharing what I've learned. Alumna of Red Hat's 2023 Engineering Leadership Accelerator (ELA) and NC State's Women in Technical Leadership program.
